2 to 24 hours depending on the fiber and the degree of soiling. The average drying time is 6 hours.

Are your technicians certified and trained?
Yes, they are certified by the “Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification” (IICRC).

How long does it take to clean my carpet?
The amount of time it will take depends on many factors such as the amount of furniture to be moved and the amount of stains and soils in the carpet. On average, it takes 30 minutes to clean a room.

Won't water ruin my carpet?
Modern carpets are water resistant. The small amount of water used in the cleaning process is almost entirely removed by a high-powered vacuum.

Can I walk on the carpet while wet?
It’s best to stay off damp carpet to avoid tracking soil and to allow the pile to dry in it’s “up” position. Try to stay on the runner paper we provide. If you do have to walk directly on the damp carpet, do not wear shoes as the shoe dye can transfer onto the carpet.

Does your firm follow a particular cleaning standard?

How long should the blocks or tabs be left under the furniture?
Usually 48 to 72 hours. It’s best to leave them in place until the carpet is totally dry or until the next cleaning job when our expect cleaners will replace them with a new ones.
